Dream Job Alert: Get Paid To Travel And Drink Gin

Adobe

As far as dream jobs go, this one is up there at the top of the list. In fact, the only reason it’s not at the top of my dream job list is because I didn’t know positions like this existed. But boy, you better believe it’s up there now!

Thanks to a publication called ILoveGin, you can get paid to travel and taste different gins. You have to live in the UK to be qualified. So, I’ll excuse you while you pack your bags.

The publication is now hiring a “gintern.” According to Travel + Leisure, it pays up to $26,270. Not bad considering you’ll only have to work two days a week, and your job consists of hopping from distillery to distillery around the U.K. and Europe trying gins.

Of course, you’ll also have to contribute blogs and social media content in order to share your rave (and not so rave) reviews. You’ll be spreading all of your ginspiring new findings, if you will. And I’m sure gin drinkers are just dying to know what you find out.

If this is the job for you, you can view the job application here. You have until September 16 to apply, Travel + Leisure reports.

If you think this sounds cool, but won’t be moving across the pond anytime soon, you can also get lost in the ILoveGin website. Be sure to have a gin and tonic in-hand when you do. It eases the pain of knowing your dream job is still out there.
